Return & Refund Policy
Easy returns are accepted within 30 days for a refund if you're not happy with your purchase. The guidelines shown below can help you file a return request via your order page. Whatever you ask, we will try our best to comply. Contacting us via email ([email protected]) is the recommended method of initial communication.
Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Unauthorized returns of goods won't be allowed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- Every item needs to be in its original packing, undamaged or unopened, with all tags, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.
- Customers must utilize a delivery method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.
Non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or product damage/loss caused by the customer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
General Return Process
- Start the process of coming back: Email us at [email protected] Kindly. Send images or videos of the products, together with your order number. In a maximum of three business days, our customer service representatives will ascertain whether your return request is eligible.
- Return the item: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. Please take note: Unauthorized returns of goods will not be accepted. Although we won't be held accountable for lost returns or exchanges, we advise you to send your return or exchange using a shipping method that includes a signature and tracking information.
- Return or exchange: Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will examine the item within three to five business days and offer a refund or replacement for the exchange.
Costs
- We will give you a complete refund if the return is the result of our errors (such as wrong products or product quality issues);
- Should the return be the result of the customer's error (such as: not liking/wanting the item, ordering the incorrect product/size), the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
- Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Policies
- It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
- All purchases (except Final sale/Clearance item(s),Free Gift, Swimwear, Underwear, Panties and Accessories) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order. Note:You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Note:Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Refunds
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received and examined your return once it has been received. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
In two to three business days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your Paypal payment method.
